Bronze Age, Iron Age univallate hill fort covering approximately 20 acres and defended by a stone faced rampart with the entrance to the north west.
Site has been quarried.
Finds include early Bronze Age flints.
Excavations found traces of huts, carbonized grain and decorated pottery ware.
