Sub-rectangular Iron Age hill fort covering approximately 1.6 ha and divided into two, defended by a bank and ditch with the bank measuring 11.8 ft high from the base to the ditch, to 5.9 – 7.8 ft internally, and the ditch measuring 44.9 ft. The entrance may have been in the south west corner.
