Hales Castle

Medieval ringwork and bailey, circular univallate enclosure, covering approximately 0.11 ha, defended by a bank, ditch and counterscarp with a possible entrance on the north side and one to the north west. The bank measuring 1 – 3.9 ft high and the ditch measuring 1-5.2 ft high with a flattened top.
