Oval Iron Age hill fort measuring 885.8 ft by 219.8 ft, defended by a bank, ditch and counterscarp with the entrance to the west. The counterscarp measuring 4.2 – 6.2 ft high and the ditch measuring 32.8 ft wide and 7.2 ft deep in places.
