Medieval motte castle with a rectangular enclosure, possibly a bailey. The ditch surrounding the motte measuring 22.9 – 29.5 ft wide and up to 1.6 ft deep and from the bottom of the ditch to the tip of the motte measuring up to 16.4 ft high. The ditch to the west of the possibly bailey is scarped and to the north are inner and outer banks measuring 8 inches and 1.6 ft high respectively, the outer bank has a ditch measuring 29.5 ft wide and 4.9 ft deep.
