Medieval motte and bailey castle which had fishponds. The motte measuring 53 m in diameter at its base and standing from 3 m high to the south and 6 m high to the west and north sides. There are traces of an outer ditch, and the bailey measuring 6 m – 12 m

Medieval black pottery found on site.
