Orcop Castle: Moat Farm

Medieval motte and bailey castle. Motte measuring 67.5 m in diameter and standing 6.5 m above the surrounding wet moat, and the kidney shaped bailey was surrounded by a shallow ditch with the entrance on the north side.

Traces of masonry on the motte, possibly a shell keep.
