Medieval motte and bailey castle. Mound measuring 34 m by 30 m, has a flat top and standing 5.5 m above the bottom of the ditch. The bailey measures roughly 30 m across and has a shallow ditch

The east side of the ditch is destroyed and there are traces of stonework on top of the mound. There is evidence there was once a wall on top of the motte which measured 1.5 m thick. Possible shell keep on motte.
