Triangular Iron Age mulitvallate hill fort covering 10 acres and defended by two bank and ditches on the south and scarping facing north. There are double defences on the western side. The entrance is on the eastern side and possibly another entrance to the south.
Finds include a Roman coin.
British Chieftain believed to have been buried near the north of the camp.
