1308 Guy de Beauchamp founded a chantry in the chapel of eight chaplains and four clerks.
1311 The Chantry in the chapel was reduced to one chaplain and two clerks.
1315 In need of repair following the death of Guy de Beauchamp, Earl of Warwick.
1315-1316 The King granted the castle to Guy de Beauchamp’s executors.
1317 Custody of the castle was taken back by the King and given to Hugh le Despenser. In November he ordered it to be fortified.
1321 The King ordered the Sheriff of Worcester to take the castle after Hugh le Despenser was banished. Later, the castle was damaged when rebel Barons, Led by the Earl of Hereford, Humphrey de Bohun, took it.
1322 The castle was taken back and the man-at-arms disbanded.
14th C Refortified.
1411 Richard Beauchamp, Earl of Worcester, married Isabel Despenser at the castle.
1413 Repairs undertaken.
1415 16th September: Elizabeth Beauchamp was born at the castle.
1424/5 22nd March: Henry de Beauchamp, Duke of Warwick was born at the castle.

1478 William Adams was appointed Keeper of the Castle and Park, and Thomas Brugge was Steward.
1480 c: The park was enlarged and John Mortimer was made Master of the Game.
1484 John Huddleston was made Master of the Game at the park.
1485 Richard Naufan was made Master of the Game at the park.
1488 Sir John Savage was made Constable and Master of the Game at the Park.
1512 Henry VIII made John Savage and his son John as Master of the Game at the park.
1528 Lived in. Walter Walshe was Constable and Keeper and Master of the Game at the park.
1538 Urian Brereton was appointed Constable and Keeper.

1575 Elizabeth I visited the castle.
1776 The owner Thomas Byrche Savage died and his widow sold it to Richard Bourne Charlett.
1822 Richard Bourne Charlett died and his executor Col. Thomas Henry Hastings Davies, MP for Worcester, purchased it.
1846 Colonal Davies died and his widow inherited. She later married Sir John Pakington, Lord Hampton.
1892 Owned by General Francis John Davies.
1932 Excavated.
1995 Surveyed and Measured by Hereford and Worcester County Council Archaeological Society.
20th C The castle passed to Lieut. General Henry Fanshaw Davies jnr.
